| 03. SYDNEY. I spent 2 days here, wandering around the bay, visiting the Bay Bridge, Opera House and Botanical Gardens. |
|
04. What impressed me most was the contrast between their oldest biuldings (1800), the modern skycrapers and the futuristic Opera House |
|
|
|
|
| 05. MANLY. Manly is a neighborhood in the bay of Sydney, easily accesible by ferry from the city centre. Surf, sandy beaches and fish % chips are the highlights of Manly. |
|
06.The Botanical Gardens are an incredible area in Central Sydney. It is a great place to walk around and disconnect, as well as a perfect place to watch the city skyline. |

| 07.The more you look at it, the more you want to look, Sydney Opera House is an incredible building, both because its location and its incredible architecture. |
|
08. ULURU (Aters Rock). In the middle of the country's "Red Centre", this amazing rock stands in the middle of the outback, surrealistically alone in the "nothing". |
|
|
|
|
| 09.There is nothing else around, no city, no town, no road restaurant... Uluru is only the Rock, The Kata Tjuta 2º rock, the airport and the hotel. |
|
10.As you get close to the Rock, you start discovering caves, holes, gorges, wrinkles and many details that make this sacred rock even more interesting. |
|
|
|
|
| 11.Climbing Uluru is possible though not really advised, as it is a sacred place for aboriginals. A better option is to hijke around the rock (about 9 kms). |
|
12. KATA TJUTA. This is a "twin formation" to Uluru, another huge rock in the plain, but somehow different, as it consists in several mountains... |
|
|
|
|
| 13. DAINTREE FOREST. Located in the northeast part of the continent, the Daintree is a tropical forest, World Heritage Site nowadays. |
|
14. PORT DOUGLAS. The closest city to the Daintree is PD, also known as "Dougie". With a relaxed tropical atmosphere, the main attraction is the "4 Mile Beach" |
